The idea of Kryptoma first came to me because of the market demand for cryptocurrency and related products. Below I analyzed the problems and solutions for the successful creation of the most intuitive cryptocurrency wallet.
Role
This was a conceptual mobile app project I wanted to create for crypto users.

The Problem
For people just getting into cryptocurrency there is a lot to learn. For first time crypto users, wallets can be difficult to navigate and need a lot of explaining and general support.
The goal/objective
Overall I am aiming to achieve a seamless, helpful, and engaging user experience. Some of the specific goals are the following:Â
Manage all your assets within one place.
Provide helpful tutorials to educate first time crypto users.
Improve adaptation for newcomers when they first interact with the platform.
Immediate support for new questions about the functionality of the platforms.
Ability to activate two-factor authentication to protect your personal data.
Inspire and motivate users to use cryptocurrency.
User Research
User Persona
To understand the potential users I did a couple of user interviews where I got the relevant information about their attitudes, lifestyle and behaviors towards apps and financial institutions , etc. Based on this I created some personas to help analyze and solidify our ideal demographic.
Customer Journey
A very important part of any product is the creation of a User journey map. It makes it possible to track what the user feels/does/thinks at the most important stages of interaction with the product, and after analysis we also highlighted useful points to improve the products.
User Flows | Site Map
A very important part of any product is the creation of a User journey map. It makes it possible to track what the user feels/does/thinks at the most important stages of interaction with the product, and after analysis we also highlighted useful points to improve the products.
A user flow indicates what happens at each step in a user’s journey and it helps designers to know where people get confused and also what they need to change to make their experience smoother and easier.
After this, I translated what I had already created with the user flows and then began to create a site map to further detail how the pages could be set up.
Creating the site map helped me better see the app from an outside point of view and really helped facilitate my critical thinking and inspired more ideas and creativity. I believe that creating this has set me up for success while designing this app, I am certain that in the future , I would be able to scale this project.
